GUEST SUPPORT & CONCIERGE SERVICES Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. Our dedicated villa manager will be at your service throughout your stay. He will reach out to you prior to your arrival to coordinate the check-in process and provide a personal tour of the villa. During your stay, he will be your single point of contact, ready to assist with any needs or questions you might have. GUEST APP Additionally, you'll gain access to our exclusive Guest App, where you can explore detailed villa guides and enhance your stay with a variety of upgrades. Whether you need an airport shuttle, in-house massage, private driver, chef, or a yoga instructor, it’s all just a few taps away. DAILY CLEANING - Housekeeping will come over daily to clean the villa TRANSPORTATION - We offer airport pick-up and drop-off services with private driver (additional fee) - We can arrange a car with private driver for you to explore the island (additional fee) INCLUDED - Complimentary drinking water - WiFi - Private pool - Change of linnen 2x per week - Gardening and pool cleaning 2x per week EXTRA SERVICES (PAID) - In house massage - Private cook/cooking classes (upon availability) - Scuba diving trips and courses - Snorkeling trips - Private chauffeur (island excursions, personalized trips) BREAKFAST - Breakfast is not included in you reservation. We will have to charge additional cleaning costs if you do smoke inside the villa. - It is not allowed to host a party Early check-in and late check-out In consultation we can always see if it is possible to meet a request for early check-in or late check-out. This is always confirmed at the last minute and is subject to availability. If you want to be sure that this is possible, we recommend booking an extra night in advance or afterwards. Quiet Hours: We kindly ask for complete silence after 10:00 PM to ensure a restful atmosphere for all guests. No Visitors After 10:00 PM: For everyone's safety and comfort, no visitors are allowed on the property after 10:00 PM. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. A fine of 2.000.000 IDR will be charged if this rule is violated, to cover additional cleaning and deodorizing. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed on the property. Construction Disclaimer: Please be aware that construction could take place next to ANY villa anywhere in Bali. Since the construction is initiated by other villa owners and is beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds for any disturbances.
